G: Let's leave Daddy alone ok, Mummy?
M: Huh? Why?
G: Cos he's watching tennis.
(We saw some ants earlier and he wanted to step on them. I told him to leave them alone.)


G: Don't disturb Daddy ok, Mummy?
M: Why?
G: Cos he's sleeping.
(Sometimes when I am busy with things, I'll tell him not to disturb me.)


I was telling Nigel not to do something and that I would take away his toy if he did it again.
G: Stop Keke. You want Aunty Bihye to take it away?
(Aunty Bihye refers to me in his Keke's context)


He is getting quite good relating things in context these days and his brain absorbs like a sponge, especially things you say. I have to be really careful with what I say!
