Hi-5 is in town and Mummy is bring me to watch them next week at the Singapore Expo!

I'm so excited!





Today we went to Palawan Beach on Sentosa to Meet-and-Greet them!



Later after that, Mummy let me play in the sand with Keke Nigel and Shannon.. Daddy went off to play tennis..




Ooh.. I can't wait.. I can't wait!! I can't wait to jump and dance and laugh and scream and enjoy myself there!!

Where, where, tell me where.

My conversation tonight with Gabriel before he went to sleep.

G: Where is Keke, Mummy?
M: He is already sleeping.
G: Where?
M: In his room.
G: Where?
(I assumed he was asking where in his room)
M: On his own bed.
G: Where?
M: In his room.
G: Where?
(Again assuming he was asking where his room is)
M: In his home.
G: Where?
M: In Edelweiss.
G: Where?
M: At Pasir Ris.
G: Where?
M: *scratching head* Somewhere in the east of Singapore.
G: Where?
M: *banging head on the wall* We go to sleep first ok? We'll see Keke tomorrow.
G: OK
M: *phew*

My little "where" boy... so cute and yet mind-boggling. The "wheres" can go on and on if I don't put a stop to it. Can't wait for him to get to the "whys". :)

Crazy Daddy

Lately, I've been doing quite a bit of running around, jumping, kicking, throwing and stretching. Daddy thinks I've got to be prepared for any muscle pulls, aches and pains.. so he passed me one of his Phiten X30 to wear..

My crazy Daddy.. I'm not too sure if it works.. cos I'm constantly wanting to take it off... Hee hee!

Painting the beach RED!

We all trooped down to the beach on Thursday, Singapore's 42nd birthday! It was really crowded and there were many people in red!



I was zooming about in my red bicycle too!




And we were in red too of course!

He drives me crazy...

sometimes, crying for the smallest reason. And at times, crying for no reason at all!! :(

Tick tock, tick tock

7.00am
Gabriel woke up. Sang some songs and talked to himself. I was drifting in and out of sleep, listening to him entertaining himself. It was really cute.

7.45am
He came to my face and said, "Mummy, erh-erh." The smell permeated the whole room really quickly. Dragged myself out of bed. Put the heater on, get his towel and undressed him to wash him up.

8.00am
Fed him his cereal and milk.

8.15am
Fried some cheese sausages for breakfast and at the same time, kept the dishes from last night. Gabriel was walking in and out of the kitchen.

8.30am
Went to the room to wash up and also to wake Fred up for breakfast. Gabriel did quite a good job tickling his feet.

8.50am
Fred finally woke up.

9.00am
Ate breakfast. Gabriel wanted to join us at the table and he had bread and cheese.

9.20am
Took out frozen food from freezer to prepare for lunch. Gabriel watched a bit of Wonderpets and Dora. I made the beds and vacuumed the floor. Fred sat with Gabriel and fell asleep. :(

10.00am
Walked to Bedok Interchange with Gabriel in stroller. Bought some food stuff from NTUC.

10.20am
Went to the library. Met Gene's parents outside Cash Converters. Got a magazine and went to the children's section. Sat down to flip through the mag while Gabriel browsed and brought book after book for me to read to him.

10.50am
Left the library. Gabriel helped to push the stroller back.

11.00am
Reached home and proceeded to make lunch for Gabriel. Gabriel played by himself with occasional visits to the kitchen.

12.00pm
Fed Gabriel his lunch.

12.30pm
Gabriel watched Hi-5 while I cleaned up the kitchen.

1.30pm
Bathed Gabriel and prepared him for his nap. Read his books and did his routine activities before bed.

2.00pm
Fred called and said he was on his way back to get us to Ikea. Gabriel got all excited again after all the tuning-down. Sigh... He spoke to Fred on the phone while I got ready.

2.20pm
Walked downstairs to meet Fred.

2.35pm
Reached Ikea. Gabriel fell asleep along the way. :)

2.40pm
Sat down for lunch of Roasted Chicken and mashed potato. Met a hall-mate there.

3.20pm
Finished lunch and went straight downstairs. Walked around a bit and got what I wanted. Fred measured the shelf that he wanted to buy. Could fit in the car but it was too darn heavy. Decided to measure his dad's car first to see if can fit.

4.30pm
Gabriel woke up.

4.40pm
Left Ikea.

5.00pm
Reached home. Fred let us off downstairs. He was going for tennis. Lucky him. :(

5.10pm
Started to prepare dinner. Gabriel was not too cooperative. Kept wanting me to do this and that. Brought his cooking set to the kitchen so that he could cook alongside me but not too succeessful.

5.45pm
He was bawling already and said that he was hungry. Finished cooking really quickly with him screaming at my side, wanting his noodles.

6.00pm
Dinner was ready. Fed him.

6.20pm
Washed up a bit. Couldn't do much as my little puppy was tailing me everywhere.

7.00pm
Read some books and built blocks. Gabriel was driving his toy car around.

8.00pm
Threw some balls with him. He got really excited as always when he is throwing balls. Fred got him into this... I think secretly he wants his son to be a baseball player. :)

8.30pm
He played with his cars for a while.

8.45pm
Gave him his milk and brushed his teeth.

9.00pm
Bathed him. Was not easy as he wanted to "play some more". Had to threaten him before I could get his clothes off. I was perspiring badly afte I finished bathing him.*mad*

9.15pm
Dressed him for bed. Gave him a long long lecture about his behaviour. He apologized gave me a few wet kisses on my cheek. Tried to "manja manja" with me as well. hmrph.. Read two books to him. He didn't even try bargaining for more like always. He knew better than to try. :)

9.35pm
Settled him down for bed.

9.50pm
Finally asleep.

10.00pm
I got up.. fell asleep too. Heated up my dinner and ate.

Fred got back. Got his dinner ready and started with this blog.

11.30pm
Went to take a bath.

11.50pm
Put some clothes into the washer. Fred did the dishes... yay!

Continued blogging.

Finishing already... will be getting some longans out to eat and chill before I hit the sack, which should be about 1.30am. oops.. need to hang up the clothes first. Make that 1.45am!

Do I look cool?

heehee... more blinded than cool I think. I tried on Daddy's sunglasses last night and Daddy got so excited and started shooting me with blinding lights!!

Daddy's still looking for baby Oakleys, but they aren't available at all.. I hope I don't have to wear any other brand..

Today is my Kong Kong's birthday! This is one of my favourite pictures with him! We were both so young!

Today, Kong Kong is 10 years old! Just a few days ago, during his celebration BBQ, he was 50. This is all too confusing for me!














You see, the Superman cake the other day had 5 candles on it. Today's cake had only one.. and he can't be only 1 year old because he is soooo tall! I'm 2.. so since there was one LARGE candle, he should be 10 years old!














I love you Kong Kong.. I hope you had a good day today and for the many years to come!
